The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 38,000 times in 2015. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 14 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

I can’t believe I completely forgot about this. I’m sure Tim Berners-Lee had never thought the Web would end up as it is now when he created the idea.

I seriously have to make a follow-up post. Sorry, DR34DNOUGHT, but this post doesn’t do justice to the Web.

So, the World Wide Web turns 25 today! Isn’t that awesome?

To be honest, I cannot imagine a world without the Internet and the World Wide Web. For some of you who do not know, the World Wide Web actually started in the military (as do most of our technology today) and it was used to send information between rooms (I think).

I would like to share this AMAZING photo of what the Internet looks like. It’s quite amazing to see.

Anyway, congratulations World Wide Web for achieving 25 years of awesomeness!

The World Wide Web has been free for all these years, and we should keep it that way! I like it that way. It’s nice and gives everyone the freedom that they deserve. The history of the World Wide Web is quite interesting too. It’s fun to know the roots of what you love.

`The Penguin’ says… has been on WordPress.com for one year! I thought it was January 23rd, but according to WordPress.com, it’s the 21st, and who am I to argue with them? There may be a discrepancy between when I signed up and when created this blog, but as I remember, this blog was created at account sign-up.
